In March this year, Muscle Republic introduced its new line of activewear specially crafted for intense fitness activities such as CrossFit, running, and high-intensity interval training. My goal with this video was to create an engaging and informative 'Get Ready With Me' experience. As you watch, you'll notice captions popping up to guide you through my step-by-step process of getting ready.
